📌 Nature of Products:
We offer digital marketing courses and online training services delivered electronically via our website and digital platforms. As these are digital products, once accessed or downloaded, they cannot be returned.
📤 Order Cancellation:
- Orders for digital courses cannot be cancelled once payment is successfully completed and course access has been granted.
- If you mistakenly made multiple payments for the same course, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will review your case for a possible resolution.
💸 Refund Policy:
We follow a strict no-refund policy for all digital courses once access has been provided.
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same course due to a technical error.
- Payment Failure with Deduction: If your payment is deducted but you do not receive course access within 24 business hours, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

- Our team will verify and process eligible refunds within 7 business days through the original mode of payment.
