Since our products are entirely digital, we do not deliver any physical goods. All course content is delivered online through our secure LMS platform.
2. Digital Product Delivery
- Once your payment is successfully completed, your course will be activated instantly or within 24 hours on your registered account at https://tutorial.mentork.in.
- You will receive an email confirmation containing your login credentials or course access details.

3. No Physical Shipping
We do not ship any physical items such as CDs, USBs, printed materials, or merchandise.
All products are digitally delivered via our online platform.
4. Access Issues
If you experience:
- Delays in receiving your access,

please contact our support team, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly (usually within 24–48 business hours).
5. Delivery Confirmation
Once your course is activated, your order is marked as Delivered in our system.
This marks the completion of the digital delivery process.
6. Updates and Modifications
From time to time, we may update or improve the course content. All existing students will continue to have access to the latest updated version of the course at no additional cost (as long as the course remains available on our platform).
